What does “scratch and dent” mean?
A scratch and dent appliance has a cosmetic mark from shipping or handling, like a small dent or scuff. It works the same as an unmarked unit, but it costs much less. We point out every mark before you buy.
Do discounted appliances work like new ones?
Yes. Scratch & dent, open-box and overstock units are new appliances with only cosmetic issues or opened packaging. Our pre-owned units are cleaned, tested and serviced in our own repair shop before they go on the floor.
Do you repair appliances I already own?
Yes. We repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers and microwaves. Call (678) 719-8484 to describe the problem and schedule a repair.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes. Delivery and installation start at $50, depending on the appliance and how far we’re going. We’ll get it hooked up the right way and make sure it runs before we leave.
Is there a warranty?
Ask us about the warranty coverage on the unit you’re looking at. Terms vary by item and condition.
Can you haul away my old appliance?
Yes. Haul-away is free when you purchase delivery: when we bring your new appliance, we take the old one with us at no extra charge. Just let us know when you buy, or call (678) 719-8484 for a delivery quote to your address.
